Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website kaiagenticlimited.site and any engagement with KAI Agentic Limited. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by KAI Agentic Limited, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 959 604.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Projects, software and automated systems
Scope, deliverables, timescales and fees are agreed in writing before work begins, and changes requested afterwards are quoted separately. Software is supplied against an agreed written specification; we do not warrant that any software will be uninterrupted or error free, and support, monitoring and maintenance are provided only where separately agreed. Estimates are given in good faith on the information available at the time and are not fixed prices unless expressly stated to be.
Where we build automated workflows, or systems that use machine learning or language models, the rules, limits and escalation points of those systems are set out in the project agreement. Such systems produce outputs that are probabilistic rather than guaranteed: we do not warrant that any automated output will be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose, and the client remains responsible for decisions taken on the basis of them and for the human review arrangements agreed for them. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, tax or other regulated advice, and no output of a system we build is such advice. Nothing on this website is advice for your particular situation.
Intellectual property in commissioned work, and any licence to use it, passes as set out in the project agreement, normally on payment in full; third-party, open-source and hosted model components are supplied under their own licence and usage terms, which we will identify. The client is responsible for the accuracy of information, data and access supplied to us, for its own backups, and for its own obligations as data controller, including where personal data is used in or processed by an automated system. Where we process personal data on a client’s behalf, that is governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
