KAI Agentic Limited works across three registered activities — business and domestic software development (SIC 62012), information technology consultancy (SIC 62020) and other information technology service activities (SIC 62090) — and is registered at City Road in London.

Our name is about how we build, not a claim about what the software is. An automated process is useful exactly to the extent that its boundaries are understood: the cases it handles, the cases it must pass to a person, and the things it is never permitted to do on its own. We write those down before anything goes live, and we design so that a human can always see what the system did and step in.

Where a system uses machine learning or language models, we say so, we say what it is used for, and we assume its output needs checking. We do not present a statistical system as if it were a deterministic one, and we do not automate a decision that a person should be making.

Scope is agreed in writing before work starts, including what is out of it. Code is written to be read, decisions are recorded with their reasons, and handover means documentation, environments and access actually transferred. If a piece of work needs a specialism we do not have, we will say so rather than learn it at your expense.
